I've been looking forward to writing this Panic Puzzle review. Whenever I come across a product that I think will help people I enjoy sharing my discovery.
Author Rich Presta put together the Panic Puzzle system after struggling for years to rid himself of fears and anxieties. First, he turned to the past and researched essentially every method of treatment that had ever been tried.
Rich combined these time-proven principles with modern techniques to produce The Panic Puzzle system.
The program consists of a manual and extensive supplemental materials. This is a digital program, so you download the material immediately. The design is clean, attractive and easy to understand.
Mr. Presta’s writing style is conversational, friendly and easy to understand. The information is presented very clearly and crisply with no extraneous fluff.
The program starts by defining the nature of fear, panic and anxiety. Next there is a series of exercises to help the reader identify their own patterns of fear and anxiety.
After this you learn how to interrupt your fear cycle and then completely dissolve your fears and anxieties.
As you go through the course you have a number of exercises to do that help you master the techniques taught. Personally,I would've appreciated more background information.
On the other hand, this is meant to be a practical program for someone to use. in the end, I think most people who appreciate its practical nature.
The program is direct and to the point.
I was a little surprised to find that the program ended with a fairly extensive section on time management, goal setting and what Mr. Presta refers to as "life strategies".
It turns out this section is there for very good reasons, one of which is to make certain that people arrange their priorities in such a manner as to make time to actually apply the program.
Overall, I found a section be very valuable.
In addition to the main manual, the course contains extensive supplemental and supporting materials that reinforced the main message.
After going through all the material and trying all the exercises myself I'm convinced this program will help anyone who uses it.
