Night panic attacks have and continue to drive many folks right to the edge, as there aren't many things more frightening than waking in the middle of the night reeling in terror, sweating copiously and your heart pounding as if it may indeed jump right from your chest, together with many other possible symptoms to keep you positively scared for the subsequent 10-15 mins or so.
